About

I have been teaching Physical Education at Mountain Valley High School since 2002. Prior to this I taught at Lewiston High School and Mesalonskee High School.

I acquired both an undergraduate Interdisciplinary degree, as well as a Master's degree in Education with certificaiton in Physical Education at Plymouth State University in New Hampshire. While attending, I was a member and captain of the women's soccer team - making 4 NCAA Division III tournament appearances.

I maintain a strong interest in participating in all manner of outdoor pursuits - from hiking and mountain biking, to skiing and snow sports, to field and water sports. I value the opportunity to share and teach others how to enjoy these endeavours.
